Duties:

¨       Enter orders into provisioning data base and set up the circuitry up for billing, provide and assign CFA (Carrier Facility Assignment) and manage, coordinate and track orders through the provisioning process to installation.

¨       Communicate with customers on order related issues.

¨       Interact with Local Market Tech’s and other Provisioning personnel on facility and equipment related issues

¨       Interact with CPM’s (Customer Project Managers) and Sales Directors to escalate and provide order status.

Contractor/Provisioner, Level 3 Telecommunications

Coudersport, Pa. April 2007 – February 2008

Duties:

¨       Pick up groomable Type II orders in the Circuit Inventory Data Base and enter them into Remedy in ABS Circuit trans or Order Entry schema.

¨       Contact customers to inform them that we are replacing their current DS1 facility with a new one; Call back when our ASR is FOC’d to negotiate cut date and time.

¨       Submit ASR’s to multiple ILEC’s through their GUI’s for Special Access/UNE/EEL transport to the customer prems. 

¨       Receive FOC; Create Design Template

¨       Process and Design Fusion orders. Pick up order in Fusion, enter them into remedy, create the design template in excel and then complete the design of the circuit through our network elements.

Self Employed - Sub-Contractor: Kibbe Enterprise/Abarta Oil and Gas; Outman’s Equipment/Dominion; Westfield Township

Westfield, PA.  June 2004 – August 2006

Duties:

¨       Assisted with the installation of 2000 ft of 2 inch pipeline; installed valves and hookup to PPL’s mail line. Hooked up gas meters, doped and wrapped pipes where welders welded together pipes and fittings

¨       Welder Assistant

¨       Assisted wire and pour electrical seals

¨       Installed anodes for pipe corrosion and cathodic protection; assisted with “pigging: the lines to insure they were free of debris.

¨       Uncovered 26 and 30 in lines and cleaned and hot waxed the pipe.

¨       Used heavy equipment to clean up location

¨       Installed bridge on a secondary road; built bridge headwall and tamped the ground.

¨       Painted; mowed lawns and right of ways; mulched; maintained a clean and environmentally save location.

Equipment used/skills acquired: Certified Welding Inspection Card, Remedy; backhoe, bulldozer, skid steer, welder and other related equipment; Gained a better understanding of gas well drilling and pipeline installation. Gained knowledge in construction and contracting from several new aspects and enhanced knowledge in natural gas field maintenance.
